Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 working days of receiving your order.  If we believe it will take longer we will be in touch to keep you fully informed of when you will receive your order.

Returns

We hope that you will be very pleased with your new purchase.

If however, you decide to return your item/s to us we will be happy to offer you a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.Please read below for the conditions of returning items.

Conditions of Return

To arrange a return or exchange please contact us via email  sales@littleweaverarts.com and quote your name and order number (this can be found at the top of your emailed receipt).

All items must be returned to us in a good, resalable condition and packed using the original packaging. Please note that if the product returned is damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will include the cost of the purchased item & original postage charge.

We will notify you of when we receive your parcel and will then issue your refund.  As no refunds will be issued until we physically have the item/s we advise that you choose a tracked delivery service.

Damaged Items

We take every care to ensure that your products are packed using plenty of protection to provide a safe transit.  In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged please contact us immediately at sales@littleweaverarts.com

Our friendly team will endeavour to resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible. Please note that photographic evidence will be required.
